Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to cancel their project or service agreement at any time. The following terms apply:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to jsrdigi@gmail.com
- Cancellation is effective upon receipt and written confirmation
- Any work completed prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly
- Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
2. Refund Policy
JSRdigi offers refunds based on the project phase at the time of cancellation. The refund amount depends on how much work has been completed:
Refund Tiers by Project Phase:

Planning Phase
If project is cancelled during initial planning and requirement gathering

Design Phase
If project is cancelled during design and mockup creation

Development Phase
If project is cancelled during active development

Testing Phase
If project is cancelled during testing and quality assurance

Post-Delivery
No refund available after project delivery and acceptance
Additional refund conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
- Third-party costs (hosting, licenses, tools) are non-refundable
- Custom development work already delivered is non-refundable
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Deposits and advance payments
- Completed work and deliverables
- Third-party services and licenses
- Consulting and advisory services
4. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
