Payment terms vary depending on the project. Typically, we require a 50% deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For ongoing services, we bill monthly. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you. However, we retain ownership of any templates, code, or other materials we created before working with you. We also reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise.
For custom projects (websites, apps, designs), deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. This is because we reserve time and resources for your project. However, if we haven't started work yet, we may provide a partial refund minus administrative costs.
For ongoing monthly services (like SEO or social media management), you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. We don't provide refunds for services already rendered, but you won't be charged for future months after your cancellation takes effect.
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the deliverables, we'll work with you to make revisions according to the original scope. If we can't meet your expectations after reasonable revisions, we'll discuss a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.
